Sabroso positioned as a Unique Tapas Restaurant and Wine Bar
Public Relations Campaign Utilises Both Traditional and Online PR tools

[Singapore, Feb 2011] Set to redefine the Spanish dining experience in Singapore, Sabroso Tapas Wine Bar (“Sabroso”) is the latest addition to the local F&B scene. Seated on the bustling streets of Lorong Mambong, Holland Village, Sabroso features modern Spanish culinary with an Asian twist and a wide selection of wine, specially handpicked to match that of international hotels.

Brand Incorporated’s expertise in the lifestyle PR industry was a perfect fit for Sabroso and we have successfully distinguished Sabroso from conventional nightspots. Sabroso is positioned to provide a unique dining experience with both delicious Spanish tapas comparable to fine dining restaurants, as well as a large variety of wines and alcohols, making it the ultimate place for people to relax and fill their stomachs.

Over the past 8 months, Brand Incorporated has worked with La Maison du Whisky to organise Whisky Live 2010 Singapore, run a PR campaign for the world’s oldest bottled single malt whisky, Mortlach 70 yr old and Sabroso Tapas Wine Bar.

Over 3 months since the launch of Sabroso, we have garnered nine features in different publications and also placed Sabroso on Page 1 of Google based on an unspecified search of Spanish cuisine in Singapore.

Additionally, we have furthered our efforts for Sabroso by organizing numerous events, namely a Halloween Party, Christmas Eve Party and a New Year’s Eve Party, all of which saw the guests actively participating in the festive revelry. Following these events, Sabroso has been deemed as one of the most happening F&B outlets along Holland Village and was rated by CNNGo as one of the best Spanish tapas wine bars in Singapore.

The numerous events held at Sabroso have also gained them a following on their Facebook fan page, which is monitored by Brand Incorporated as part of our social media PR efforts. We have since made the Facebook fan page a vibrant community for Sabroso regulars and Spanish food lovers.
